About Kazzan Ramen

We Love HTX

Nestled in the heart of the city, Kazzan Ramen & Bar delights patrons with its authentic ramen dishes. Our restaurant’s broth is carefully crafted in a traditional Japanese fashion, which is full of calcium and collagen from our bone-based broth. We also have vegetarian options such as our vegetable-based ramen. Each bowl is a culinary journey through Japan, crafted with a perfect blend of traditional ingredients and modern flair.

Kazzan Ramen HTX

Kazzan Ramen & Bar, originally from Osaka, has introduced its innovative “volcano” ramen to Houston, marking its second location in the United States and its first in Texas. Situated at 191 Heights Boulevard, this 3,600-square-foot restaurant boasts an inviting outdoor patio, a full bar, and an open-kitchen concept, ensuring an immersive dining experience for all guests.

Kazzan Food

Apart from ramen, Kazzan offers other traditional Japanese dishes including an array of appetizers and sides like Yakitori skewers, Chicken Karaage, Yaki Gyoza, Yodare Chicken, Black Pepper Edamame, Sauteed Brussel Sprouts, and more.  Other popular menu items are the Spicy Creamy Fried Shrimp, Beef Don, Fried Chicken Wings, and Hot Stone Japanese Rice dishes with meat and vegetarian options of fried or curry rice. For dessert, a must-try is the Kazzan Ice—Kakigōri, shaved ice available in three different flavors, Mango, Matcha and Strawberry, topped with sweet condensed milk.
